Delete your account
You can delete your SideQuest account and everything in it at any time.
1In the app
- Open SideQuest and go to Home → Settings (the gear at the top).
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you're signed out.
2Without the app
Email us from the address you use for SideQuest and ask us to delete your account. We'll do it within 30 days and confirm by email.

3What is deleted
- Your profile: name, username, photo and bio.
- Your SideQuests, projects and memories, with their stories, chapters, routes, keepsakes and answers.
- Every photo and video you uploaded.
- Your friendships, invitations, notifications and push tokens.
- Records of Relive films you unlocked, and your SideQuest+ status in our database.
Memories that belong to other people stay with them, without the photos and videos you added.
4What is kept, and for how long
- Backups are overwritten within 30 days.
- Purchase records for SideQuest+ are kept by Apple or Google under their own rules. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription: cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play settings.
You can also delete single SideQuests, memories, photos and videos at any time inside the app, without deleting your account.
